The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has brought good news for millions of salaried employees. Unlike previous years when interest was credited in August or September, this year EPF interest for FY 2023-24 has already been credited in early July.
Union Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya confirmed that out of 33.56 crore EPF accounts, interest has been credited to 32.39 crore accounts, covering 96.51% of accounts and 99.9% of institutions.
