His vast wealth primarily stems from the rising valuation of his firm, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, which operates alongside his entertainment banner, Anand Pandit Motion Pictures.
According to India Today, some of Bollywood’s biggest stars, including Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, have each invested ₹10 crore in Anand’s company. The Economic Times also reported that several other celebrities—such as Hrithik Roshan, Ajay Devgn, Ektaa Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Rajkummar Rao—have placed their trust and capital in his real estate venture.
