Dewas (Madhya Pradesh): A review meeting was held in the conference hall of the collectorate to assess the progress on CM Helpline complaints and interdepartmental coordination across Dewas district. Meeting was chaired by Collector Rituraj Singh.
Collector Singh emphasized prompt and satisfactory resolution of CM Helpline complaints, warning departments such as Health, Tribal Welfare, Agriculture and Cottage Industries to improve their response grading. He ordered withholding of one month's salary and a departmental inquiry against the Cottage and Village Industry Officer for repeated absences and non-performance.
Singh also instructed officials to address complaints pending over 100 days under the Samadhan online portal and expedite online processing in revenue courts. He demanded digitization and fencing of government temple lands, clearance of encroachments and formation of a land allotment cell.
He issued strict orders to accelerate e-KYC completion for ration beneficiaries and Ayushman Card registrations, particularly for citizens above 70 years, warning of departmental actions for non-compliance.
Progress under key initiatives like Jal Jeevan Mission, Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan and the PM Internship Scheme was also reviewed. The Collector appreciated Bagli Janpad for notable work and announced rewards for outstanding performers while warning of penalties for negligence.
Finally, directives were given to address monsoon preparedness, highway sanitation and enforcement against counterfeit agricultural products, underlining the importance of coordination and accountability across departments.
The meeting was attended by CEO District Panchayat Jyoti Sharma, Additional Collector Bihari Singh, SDM Sonkatch Priyanka Mimrot, Deputy Collectors Abhishek Sharma and Sanjeev Saxena and other district officials. Block-level officers joined virtually.
