The Prime Video series, which chronicles the ambitious work at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, triumphed over a host of other popular programmes, including BBC One's Sort Your Life Out, Gogglebox, Stacey Joe, and The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, to clinch the prestigious accolade.
Upon accepting the award, Clarkson couldn't resist making a cheeky quip about his trousers falling down, with his girlfriend Lisa Hogan assisting him, reports Gloucestershire Live.
Dressed in a suit and white shirt, Clarkson was joined on stage by his co-stars Charlie Ireland, Kaleb Cooper, Harriet Cowan, and the production team.
He expressed his gratitude to former Love Island star Olivia for the award before addressing the audience.
Clarkson began his acceptance speech by hoisting up his trousers slightly, then cracked a joke about his recent weight loss.
While adjusting his trousers, Clarkson explained: "I should explain I am on mounjaro [antidiabetic medication Tirzepatide] and my trousers are falling down."
Lisa was seen holding onto Clarkson's trousers from behind as he expressed his gratitude to the viewers for their votes and support for Clarkson's Farm.
He then took a cheeky swipe at the audience, asserting that his team "worked way harder than anyone else in this room".
Clarkson's Farm is currently in its fourth series and can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.
The NTAs are available to watch on ITVX
