' cousin has gone public with his new girlfriend this week after the couple stepped out at the Chelsea Flower Show on Monday. Princess Margaret's son David Armstrong-Jones was spotted with his partner Isabelle de La Bruyère at the event, with the pair having reportedly been dating since last summer when they were photographed together.
The couple looked happy together at the event on Monday. David's appearance at the event - the same day - comes as a result of the royal being the Vice President of the King's Foundation, a charity founded by King Charles years before he took to the throne.
David is a frequent visitor to the flower show, however it is the first time he has brought his partner Isabelle, who is CEO of Opera Art Gallery, with him.
This comes five years after David, who is the 2nd Earl of Snowdon, Serena Armstrong-Jones.
The King was likely to have been pleased to see his cousin David, 63, on Monday.
It is believed the pair share a close bond, with David having attended the royal Easter Sunday church service at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle last month.
He has also been seen at royal engagements with Charles, including at a reception to celebrate the launch of The King's Foundation 35th anniversary year just months ago.
Over the years, David has also been seen at big royal events and even walked in the procession at the funeral of his auntie the late Queen Elizabeth II, who he is believed to have got on well with.
In 2018, the pair were pictured together at Royal Ascot as he accompanied her in a carriage.
