This village is one of England's lesser travelled to seaside towns and it's a place where tourists and locals are continually in awe of. Located in Devon, this pretty part of the coast has retained its beauty and quintessential English seaside style.
Beer in Devon has recently been named as one of the best UK seaside towns. You'll find the town built into Devon's Jurassic Coast - it came second overall in Which?'s list of Britain's best seaside towns, beaten only by Bamburgh in Northumberland.

One person on Tripadvisor said: "This is a lovely place, as if time has passed it by. The overall setting is spectacular.
"It's a steep approach to a pebble beach with fisherman's boats and gear making a picturesque setting against the high white cliffs that surround the cove of Beer."
When you approach the village of Beer from the South West Coast Path, it feels like you've found something that no one else has. It's a place that seems frozen in time - and locals say that's how they want it to stay, Devon Live reports.
Devon Live calls the town a "time warp" and says the area is very quiet for most of the year. Locals say the village "hasn't changed", it reports.
The lesser-known spot outperformed many of its more famous rivals on the Which list.
Tucked between white chalk cliffs, Beer is a working fishing village with a long history and plenty of charm.
