Mike Tindall left his wife, Zara, "so annoyed" after he splurged £12,000 on a horse after "a few beers". The couple are beloved members of the Royal Family, and they have climbed up the royal favourability ladder with their down-to-earth nature and humour.
Zara and Mike have given insight into their marriage and the most memorable moments various times in the past. One of them was during a sales night at Cheltenham Racecourse when Mike bought a horse in the spur of the moment. Princess Anne's daughter previously told the Mirror: "We went to Cheltenham, it was sales night. Horses were coming in and you bid on them. He had a few beers.

"Most people when they buy a horse check out what it has done.
"It was the last lot of the night and Mikey put his hand up and that was it. He was left buying this horse."
She added: "Annoyingly, it did not backfire. He got three mates involved and the horse ended up winning the Welsh Grand National and came third in the Grand National. I was so annoyed."
The horse in question, Monbeg Dude, was owned by ex-England rugby stars Mike Tindall and James Simpson-Daniel and ex-Wales fly-half Nicky Robinson, according to the BBC.
It was praised as one of the leading steeplechasers of its era and was trained by Michael Scudamore.
It won the Welsh Grand National in 2013 and came third in the Grand National at Aintree in 2015.
Monbeg Dude retired in 2016 due to an injury and went on to live with Zara and Mike at Gatcombe Park, Princess Anne's estate.
