BENGALURU: Integrated enterprise commute platform MoveInSync acquired eFmFm , an enterprise transport technology company. This marked MoveInSync’s first acquisition in the employee transport space.
Deepesh Agarwal, Co-founder and CEO of MoveInSync, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating, “This acquisition will not only help us strengthen our position as a market leader but also help us drive further innovations in the employee commute space.”
Reflecting on MoveInSync's growth over the past 15 years, Agarwal noted, “Both eFmFm and MoveInSync consistently progressed with a shared objective of offering safe and sustainable transportation for enterprises, fuelled by innovation and hard work. This makes this acquisition even more meaningful.”
Following this acquisition, MoveInSync will see greater capacities to scale and add 50 additional global clients to its already existing roster of 400 clients. With this acquisition, MoveInSync is now the first company to serve more than 1 million employees commuting to work daily, with over 100,000 vehicles on its platform.
This acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for MoveInSync in the enterprise commute sector, potentially leading to more acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships in the coming years.
Satish Goel, founder and CEO of eFmFm, shared his thoughts on the acquisition, saying, “We built eFmFm with the purpose of creating a technology-enabled safe commute environment for employees, combined with the most comprehensive and cost-effective platform for enterprises, and this is a vision that we share with MoveInSync.”
