HTET 2024 exam dates announced: Haryana TET to be held in July, check complete schedule here

The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has officially announced the revised dates for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2024. The examination is now scheduled to be held on July 26 and 27, 2025, covering all three levels including Level 1 (Primary Teacher – PRT), Level 2 (Trained Graduate Teacher – TGT), and Level 3 (Post Graduate Teacher – PGT)

The HTET is a mandatory certification for aspiring teachers seeking appointments in government schools across Haryana. The exam was postponed due to administrative delays, including vacant positions within the board, but with these issues resolved, preparations are now underway.
No new applications required for HTET 2024 examThe application window for HTET 2024 was open from November 4 to 15, 2024, with a correction period from November 16 to 17, 2024. As the application process has concluded, no new applications will be accepted. Only candidates who successfully registered during this period are eligible to appear for the examination.

The Haryana board will issue admit cards for the upcoming HTET exam to all the candidates who registered in November.
HTET 2024 exam schedule and shift timingsThe HTET 2024 examination will be conducted on July 26 and 27, 2025, with two shifts each day:

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
  
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Specific shift allocations and detailed schedules for each level will be communicated through the official admit cards, which are expected to be released 5 to 10 days prior to the exam dates.
HTET exam pattern and modeThe HTET 2024 will be conducted in an offline (pen-and-paper) mode, featuring objective-type questions. Each paper will consist of 150 questions, carrying one mark each, with no negative marking.
